What File Formats to Submit for Print

• Adobe Acrobat Document (*.pdf) (recommended) Please see File Prep.
• Adobe Illustrator Artwork 8.01 or better (*.ai)
• PostScript File (*.eps)

*All files should be converted to CMYK for printing. RGB, PMS and Spot Color Files may not print correctly and in some instances cannot be printed at all. Embedded images should have their raster setting set to 300dpi and they should have been converted to CMYK before converting to a PDF.

Embedded Images

Embedded Images need to be verified. Check your graphic software documentation to make sure you have properly embedded your raster images within your graphic file layout. If you do not have your images embedded properly they may not appear on the final printed piece, or if they do they may be a thumbnail representation at considerably lower resolution than you would like.
